Recommended use

Aromatherapy: Add 4-5 drops to your diffuser user to fill the room with this wonderful natural scent

Topical use: Add 4-5 drops to 10 St. John's wort oil or pomegranate seed oil. Apply gently until absorbed.

Bath/Shower: Mix 5 drops of rosemary oil with 10 ml of jojoba or coconut oil and then pour the mixture into your bath water for a relaxing and tic bath.
