Shipping and returns

We will ensure that your order is delivered within 1-3 working days.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a Track & Trace code, with which you can track the shipment.

For shipping, we use the service of Post NL, DHL or our own delivery staff.

PLEASE NOTE

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the specified delivery address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for shipments that are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We are also not responsible for any additional costs that arise from reshipping.

It is the customer's responsibility to collect shipments in a timely manner from the specified collection point. We are not responsible for shipments that are not collected within the specified period and any consequences thereof, such as returns or loss of the package.

Pick up at location

Your order can also be picked up at our location in Lijnden (located next to the A9). You will receive a message when your order is ready to be picked up.


Returns & Warranty

Can I return my order at any time?

You have the right to return your order within 14 days. The right to a refund expires after 14 days. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense.

If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning.

How can I return my order?

Go to "Order history" on your account. If you do not have an account, please contact us. Select the order for which you want to return an item.
Select the product you want to return by checking the box next to the name(s).
(optional) Add an explanation, to inform us of the reason.
The responsibility and costs of returning are at your expense, unless otherwise agreed (for example in case of defects). If you return the order unstamped, we are forced to charge extra costs of € 12.50.

Does your product unexpectedly show defects?

Contact us by e-mail [email protected] The warranty period varies per product. We will try to find a suitable solution for you.

 

The following items cannot be returned:

Despite the fact that we have an extensive return policy, unfortunately not all products can be returned. Below is an overview of what may NOT be returned.

  • Vouchers or credit notes
  • Articles received more than 14 days ago
  • Articles that are used or incomplete
  • For sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.

Then we will not process your return.
You are also liable for the shipping costs if we send this item back to you.
