Warranty
We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it can happen that an order gets damaged during transport or that something else occurs that entitles you to claim warranty. Under European law, we are responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years after the delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
When you discover a defect in the product or should have discovered it, you must contact us within a reasonable time. A reasonable time is at least within a few weeks. Under certain circumstances, a period longer than a few weeks may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in time, we will arrange for a repair or replacement.
Complaints
It can always happen that something doesn't go as planned. We recommend that you first notify us of any complaints by emailing [email protected]. If this doesn't lead to a solution, you can submit your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. Since February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not being handled elsewhere, you are free to file it through the European Union's platform.
