Dr. Oetker Whipped Cream, Whip Cream Stabilizer 300gr (4x75g)
It is ideal for decorating all kinds of cakes, pies, tarts, making cold desserts such as parfait, frigo, cups and decorating fruit salads.
It can be prepared with water or milk.
Take 200 ml (1 glass) of milk or 150 ml (1.5 tea glasses) of water chilled in the refrigerator in a whisk and pour the entire package on it.
Beat with the beater tips of the mixer first on low speed, then on high speed for about 2-3 minutes until it reaches a consistency.
You can use the whipped cream you prepare for cake, cake, ice cream, etc. You can use it in your dessert recipes, consume it on fruits or fruit salads.
Suggestion:
For a softer consistency, beat by increasing the amount of liquid by 2-3 tablespoons.
For a thicker and creamier consistency, prepare with 1 tea glass of milk.
