In addition to containing the B12 vitamin complex (excluding B12), which is very important for your body, pollen granules also include vitamin B11 (folic acid), and vitamins A, C, D, K, and E.
Pollen is also rich in minerals such as iron, calcium, copper, iodine, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, sodium, zinc, silicon, and sulfur. It also contains dietary fiber, lipids (fats), and antioxidants. Usage
Consume the pollen as it is or mix it with honey, yogurt, water, milk, or fruit juice. It should be taken on an empty stomach in the morning and evening. Do not heat it, as this destroys all enzymes, just as heating raw honey with a spoon would.
For adults: 1-2 teaspoons daily
For children: Half a teaspoon daily.
